Return, Refund, and Exchange

At ghetluxe.eu, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

Returns:

Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags attached.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all qualifiable refunds, unless the goods are defective or damaged in shipping.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
We do not accept returns on Earrings, made-to-order Jewelries, and Lab-Grown-Diamond Jewelries.
Please contact contact@ghetluxe.com for return confirmation and the return center address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns. Returns without tracking will not be processed.
Any promotional gifts or free items must be included with the return. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of the original price of the gift or free item from the refund.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchange Items:

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Personalized items, including custom pendants, custom photo necklaces, engraved products, and made-to-order products, are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for refund.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned package.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or in the form of store credit as selected by the customer.
Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
